4. Gaming Station Rules
By using PixelBite gaming stations, you agree to:

- Use headsets for all audio — no external speaker usage in the main hall
- Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour toward other guests or staff
- Comply with the age restriction of 18+ for sessions after 11:00 PM
- Pay for your session time at the end of your visit as per displayed rates
PixelBite reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if any of the above rules are violated.
5. Food & Beverage Terms
Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice. All food and beverage items are for personal consumption within the premises. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.
6. Limitation of Liability
PixelBite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question. PixelBite is not responsible for loss of in-game data, saves, or progress during a session.
